Honors Leadership Board
The Honors Leadership Board (HLB) is made up of Honors students that apply and appointed to represent their class and the program. These students demonstrate a strong dedication to the program, and play a significant role in organizing events on and off campus. Alongside the advisors, they meet weekly to craft plans on upcoming events and address other program issues. The board consists of representatives for every class and a leadership team.
A Faculty Advisory Committee works with the Honors Program Director, Kathy Cooke; Associate Director, Melissa Kaplan; and the Honors Leadership Board to build a strong Honors Program curriculum and plan Honors related academic and social events. This committee plays and intricate part of the program in terms of ensuring academic excellence in course offerings, professors, and students.
